The project
I worked with FutureYou Cambridge to help develop its brand voice. Later, I came back to write 20 Mail Online ad features for this small, science-focused nutritional supplement company. The mission: to win new subscribers.
The process
I worked closely with the marketing team, head of product development and ingredient suppliers to understand the science behind the supplements and tease out unsung USPs. I also contacted and interviewed customers to harvest positive experiences. Plus, I had to understand strict rules on health claims.
The result
it paid off, helping to drive record customer acquisitions, including over 1000% growth for their gut health supplement, ProBio 8+.
